ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman and Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that nations that forget their martyrs have no one to take their names in history.
In his video message on Martyrs Day, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that every patriotic Pakistani considers it his duty to love those who were martyred in the love of their soil. He said that nations who forget their martyrs have no one to take their names in history.Â
The foreign minister said let’s take a pledge together for the sake of the development and prosperity of Pakistan. “We will tear down all the walls of hatred and the sacrifices of all the martyrs of the country will not only be remembered but their sanctity will never be harmed,” he said.
It should be noted that in recent days, it was decided to pay tribute to the sacrifices of the martyrs of Pakistan, according to which May 25 was declared to be celebrated as ‘Pakistan Martyrs’ Day.’
The purpose of celebrating this day is to remember the eternal sacrifices of the martyrs and also to send a message to the nation that respecting the martyrs, their families and memorials is the pride of every Pakistani.
