ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan will participate in the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)’s election campaign.
According to details, before the July 25 elections in Azad Kashmir, PM Imran Khan decided to run the PTI election campaign. On July 12, the prime minister will address a meeting in Mirpur. A large number of people, PTI workers, and political leaders will gather in Azad Kashmir on July 12 to hear the speech of Prime Minister Imran Khan and he will address the gathering.
Before the elections, PM Imran Khan will also address rallies in Bagh on July 18 and Muzaffarabad on July 23. In this regard, consultations are underway with the political leadership of PTI in Azad Kashmir.

Earlier, PM Imran Khan was received by Minister for Kashmir Affairs Ali Amin Gandapur and Barrister Sultan Mahmood. Meanwhile, issues related to the July 25 elections in Azad Kashmir were discussed.
It may be recalled that earlier the government had approved the deployment of thousands of Pakistan Army, Rangers, and police personnel for holding elections in Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
Yesterday, the government tightened security arrangements for holding elections in Azad Jammu and Kashmir. Official notification of deployment of Pakistan Army, Rangers, and Police has been issued.
According to the notification, 19,000 Pakistan Army personnel will serve in Azad Jammu and Kashmir during the elections. 4,000 Rangers and Punjab Constabulary personnel will be deployed for security.
