Durefishan Saleem has claimed that she would never watch or work in ‘Kaisi Teri Khudagarzi’, a drama in which she played the female proctologist Mehak.Â
Durefishan Saleem played a strong woman in Pardes but her role as Mehak opposite Danish Taimoor in Kaisi Teri Khudagarzi proved to be a game-changer for her. However, while talking in an interview, Durefishan said that a woman like her would never watch or work in a drama like Kaisi Teri Khudgarzi.
For her, Mehak of Kaisi Teri Khudgarzi played by Durefishan lacked a spine and she was a victim who ended up falling in love with her kidnapper who was glorified in the end. She added that it is the audience who is the reason behind such dramas being made and their massive success. Thus all the producers make more scripts like these, she said.

Kaisi Teri Khudgarzi is a Pakistani television drama series produced by Abdullah Seja under the banner of iDream Entertainment. It features Dur-e-Fishan Saleem, Danish Taimoor, Nauman Ijaz, and Atiqa Odho in leading roles with Laila Wasti, Shahood Alvi, Hammad Shoaib, and Zainab Qayyum in supporting roles. The series originally aired on ARY Digital starting from 11 May 2022, and ending on 14 December 2022.
