WASHINGTON: United States President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump will visit India from 24th to 25th February.
Donal Trump during his visit to India would meet Indian premier Narendra Modi and enhance the two counties ‘ strategic alliance and showcase the close bonds between the countries.
During his two-day trip, Trump will inaugurate the world’s largest cricket stadium when he arrives in Ahmedabad. He is also expected to visit the humble abode of India’s independence leader Mahatma Gandhi in the Gujarat state’s capital.
The leaders of China, Japan, and Israel have all visited Ahmedabad since Modi became prime minister.
Security-related costs, with more than 12,000 police officers expected to be deployed. Trump may also visit the famous Taj Mahal monument in the city of Agra, and all leave for police officers in that city has been canceled. The US and India could sign a “trade package” during the visit.
