LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) spokesperson Marriyum Aurangzeb has said that the doctors suggested to immediately shift former prime minister Nawaz Sharif abroad for his better treatment.
Marriyum Aurangzeb said, “Nawaz Sharif’s health is deteriorating with every passing day.”
Aurangzeb said that the doctors earlier notified the family to get an air ambulance yesterday in view of the Nawaz’s health.
She added, an air ambulance would arrive in Lahore tomorrow to take former Nawaz out of the country for treatment.
Arrangements for best medical treatment for Nawaz had been completed at Harley Street Clinic in London by his son Hussain Nawaz.

Aurangzeb said that the biggest challenge that the doctors, who will treat Nawaz abroad, will be in identifying the diagnosis and discovering the reason behind the low platelet counts of the former premier.
The issue of removing Nawaz’s name from the Exit Control List will be taken up by the sub-committee of the federal Cabinet today.
Nawaz Sharif was scheduled to leave for London via Qatar Airways’s commercial flight QR-629 yesterday. However, his departure was delayed as his name was still placed on the ECL.
Earlier in October, the Islamabad High Court granted bail to Nawaz in the Al-Azizia corruption reference, suspending his sentence for eight weeks on medical grounds.
He was formally discharged from the Services Hospital in Lahore on 6th November.
