ISLAMABAD: The court has accepted the request of Chairman PTI Imran Khan in the disqualification case for allegedly concealing his daughter, Tyrian Jade White, in his nomination papers.
According to the details, during the hearing of the application related to disqualification, the Islamabad High Court approved the miscellaneous request of Imran Khan to submit the documents, while the request of the citizen Muhammad Sajid was heard by the larger bench of the High Court.
Chief Justice Amir Farooq is leading the larger bench of the High Court comprising Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani and Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir. Imran Khan was represented by lawyer Salman Akram Raja.

Petitioner Mohammad Sajid’s lawyer Salman Butt also appeared before the court. The Chief Justice remarked that it is alleged that information was hidden in the affidavit accompanying the nomination papers of Imran Khan.
The lawyer of the Election Commission said that on the order of the court, the certified copies of the records related to the case will be collected. The Islamabad High Court on March 1 accepted Imran Khan’s request for additional documents while calling for final arguments.
