According to Hilton, she and her friends met a group of older men at the Westfield Century City mall, who invited them to their home and offered them berry wine sodas to drink.
She revealed that although she was not drinking or using drugs at the time, one of the men forced his drink on her, after which she began to feel dizzy and lightheaded. “I don’t know what he put in me; I guess it was a roofie,” she was quoted as saying.

The dreadful experience led her to spend more than two years in several expensive behavior modification programs. Moreover, while talking about her abortion in her 20s, which she didn’t want to talk about because there was so much shame around that at the time, Hilton said, “I was a child and I wasn’t ready for it.”
