She added, “Brilliant characterisation, an intriguing and exciting story, stepping out of realism but still somehow relatable, because of the relationships, because of the differences between how the powerful live and how honesty and moral grit come at a price in a corrupt set up. To add to that is the pure and simple fact that @durefishans and Bilal Abbas Khan have not only performed beautifully but are looking DROP DEAD GORGEOUS and have incredible chemistry.”
She continued, “And then there is the question in all our hearts, what when Shibra finds out the truth about Shahmeer. I’m also dying to know what happened to a Shahmeer’s mother and what Suleman Ahmad has on Daoud for him to hold him in such contempt. Loving the performances, the story, and yes, even the annoying wait for a whole week. What do you think is going to happen!? #PakistaniDramas ROCK my world.
Ishq Murshid unfolds a compelling romantic story revolving around the two main characters, Shahmeer Sikandar and Shibra Salman. Shibra is a headstrong, intelligent, and self-less girl, unwavering in her principles and deeply cherishing her family values. Hailing from a modest middle-class background, she remains unswayed by material wealth or social status. Shahmeer emerges as an enigmatic, yielding figure of affluence, having pursued his education abroad in the UK. He is from a wealthy family. Things seem fine until their paths meet and Shahmeer finds an alternate to woo his lady love.
