RAWALPINDI: Under the chairmanship of Army Chief Syed Asim Munir, the Formation Commanders Conference was held at GHQ, Corps Commanders and Principal Staff Officers and all formation commanders of the Pakistan Army participated in the conference.
According to ISPR, participants of the formation commanders’ conference paid tribute to the great sacrifices of the martyrs and strongly condemned the events of May 9.
The participants of the conference emphasized the need to crack down on those who incite hatred against the state and state institutions and spread chaos in the country and vowed that now is the time to bring the law against their planners and masterminds. To be strengthened, Pakistan forces will not hesitate to make any sacrifice for the security and stability of the country.
The participants were told that the accused will be brought to justice soon and brought to justice, those who stand in the way of thwarting the nefarious intentions of the opposing forces will be dealt with iron hands, the attackers will be dealt with. Action is being taken under the Army Act and the Official Secrets Act of the Constitution of Pakistan.
Addressing the formation commanders’ conference, the army chief said that with the full cooperation of the nation, all evil ambitions will be thwarted. Â
The Army Chief said that the indisputable evidence collected in abundance cannot be denied or distorted, the State of Pakistan and the armed forces look at the martyrs and their families with respect, and will always appreciate the eternal sacrifices. Attacks on security forces, and groundless allegations of preventing human rights violations are aimed at misleading the public.
The army chief said that the strong participation of the people in the May 25 celebrations clearly reflects the close relationship between the armed forces of Pakistan and the people of Pakistan, which is central to national security.
