A Christian girl, named Samreen, converted to Islam during Dr. Zakir Naik’s public lecture in Faisalabad on Tuesday night.
Samreen said that the Muslim sisters and brothers around her impressed her and she decided to accept Islam.
Dr. Zakir Naik asked her, whether she was converting to Islam of her own free will or someone had forced her to do so. On this, the girl replied that she is accepting Islam of her own free will without any force from anyone. After that Dr. Zakir Naik made her recite Kalma Shahadat after him.
When the girl, recited the Kalma and entered Islam the hall resonated with the slogans of Allah ho Akbar.
Dr. Zakir Naik congratulated Samreen on becoming a Muslim and advised her to convey the message of Islam to other members of his family. “When a person converts to Islam, Allah forgives all his previous sins,” he concluded.
