Cement prices across Pakistan have remained elevated, with the cost of a 50kg bag continuing to vary by brand and region.
The latest market data shows that consumers and the construction sector are still facing higher building material costs, adding to the overall expense of residential and commercial projects.
According to the latest market update, cement prices are currently ranging between Rs. 1,350 and Rs. 1,550 per 50kg bag, while the average market price stands between Rs. 1,390 and Rs. 1,450, depending on the location and manufacturer.
Among the leading manufacturers, Lucky Cement is being sold between Rs. 1,500 and Rs. 1,540 per bag. Bestway Cement is available in the range of Rs. 1,430 to Rs. 1,570, while Maple Leaf Cement is priced at approximately Rs. 1,570 per bag, making it one of the highest-priced brands in the market.
Fauji Cement is currently selling between Rs. 1,440 and Rs. 1,540, whereas DG Khan (DGKC) Cement is available from Rs. 1,440 to Rs. 1,480 per bag. Pakcem Cement is priced between Rs. 1,430 and Rs. 1,560, while Paidar Cement remains among the relatively affordable options, with prices ranging from Rs. 1,380 to Rs. 1,505 per bag.
Market experts say cement prices continue to fluctuate due to differences in transportation costs, regional demand, distribution expenses, and manufacturer pricing policies. Dealers also note that retail prices may vary from city to city and can change depending on local market conditions.
With construction activity remaining steady across various parts of the country, builders and consumers are advised to check local market rates before making bulk purchases, as prices may differ across districts and retail outlets.
