Case registered against men for harassing women in Chingchi rickshaw

LAHORE: A case of a woman being harassed in a Chingchi rickshaw on Independence Day has been registered at Lari Ada police station.

The case was registered on the complaint of SHO Lari Ada Ghulam Abbas in Lahore. According to the text of the case, two women and a girl were sitting in the rickshaw when the unidentified men started chasing them along with them, there were more than 10 to 12 boys who were continuously shouting at them. 

The boy in the white shirt got into the rickshaw. The boy harassed the woman, grabbed her, and fled. A video of women being abused in a rickshaw went viral on social media yesterday.

In the video, it can be seen that young men are harassing and chasing women. The obscene youths got off the motorcycle and got into the rickshaw and abused the woman.

The women in the rickshaw picked up their shoes to save themselves. The women were accompanied by a child in the rickshaw.
