ISLAMABAD: Special Assistant to PM on Information Firdous Ashiq Awan has thanked China for sending medical facilities, equipment and doctors to tackle the coronavirus disease in the country.
The federal government has expressed gratitude for sending medical facilities and doctors from China against the rapidly spreading coronavirus across the country, the special assistant said.
Dr. Firdous Awan took to twitter and wrote that the discipline with which China overcomes the outbreak was an example to the world. With the Chinese doctor’s experience, the virus would be easily tackled in Pakistan, she added.

According to Awan, Pakistan and China have always stood beside each other in difficult situations. China has always met the expectations of Pakistan and its people, be it cooperation for the economic development of Pakistan or support of our principal position on Kashmir issue, she added.
