PATPATTAN: Pakistan Muslim League- Nawaz (PML-N) Member Punjab Assembly (MPA) Mian Naveed Ali has informed that he has tested positive for coronavirus.
According to Mian Naveed Ali, his condition had deteriorated over the past few days after he experienced symptoms of the virus symptoms including fever.
He asserted that he has isolated himself at home and his condition is better now. The PML-N leader also thanked all those who prayed for his speedy recovery.
Naveed Ali is among the politicians who have been infected with the deadly virus. Earlier, Federal Minister for Saffron and Narcotics Shehryar Khan Afridi, an active member of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Abrar Ul Haq, Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser PML-N MPA Shaukat Manzoor Cheema, National Party (ANP) Ghulam Ahmad Bilour, Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Senator Saeed Ghani, Sindh’s Provincial Minister Ghulam Murtaza Baloch, and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) senior leader Atta Ullah Tarar were also diagnosed with coronavirus.
Yesterday, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) MPA Mian Jamshed Uddin Kakakhel who was earlier tested positive for the novel coronavirus died. He was under treatment in a private hospital situated in Islamabad for the last few days.
