Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn on Saturday revealed that the much-awaited sequel to his 2019 hit De De Pyaar De will hit theatres on November 14, 2025, as reported by Indian media.
According to details, Ajay Devgn unveiled the motion poster of the film’s second installment, which brings back Rakul Preet Singh as the female lead. The film is directed by Anshul Sharma.
Sharing the announcement on Instagram, Devgn wrote,
“Pyaar ka sequel hai crucial! Kya Ashish ko milega Ayesha ke parents ka approval? #PyaarVsParivaar #DeDePyaarDe2 — in cinemas 14th November, 2025.”
The sequel also stars R. Madhavan, along with Jaaved Jaaferi and Meezaan Jafri as the father-son duo, as well as Gautami Kapoor and Ishita Dutta in key roles.
The original De De Pyaar De, released in May 2019, followed Ashish (Ajay Devgn) — a successful, middle-aged man who falls for Ayesha (Rakul Preet Singh), a woman nearly half his age. Their unconventional relationship faces opposition from his family and ex-wife Manju (Tabu).
The sequel is jointly produced by Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar of T-Series, along with Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg of Luv Films.
