LAHORE: Actor Ahsan Khan has been appointed as an ambassador of the Punjab Child Protection and Welfare Bureau.

Ahsan khan, who was already an ambassador for the Human Development Foundation, has added another prestigious responsibility to his list.

The Chairperson of the Child Protection and Welfare Bureau of Punjab, Sarah Ahmad posted the news on twitter where she congratulated Khan.

Khan has worked actively for children’s rights and welfare for some time. He is also a goodwill ambassador for The Citizens Foundation.

Ahsan Khan played a role as a devious pedophile in a taboo-breaking drama “Udaari” aired in 2016. He himself wanted to play that role to create awareness of such outrageous acts being practiced in society but most people tend to ignore it.
