According to a spokesman of the Sindh health department, it was confirmed ten days ago that the patient was infected with coronavirus and was kept in isolation where he was being treated.
The young man was thrice tested negative for the virus over the past 24 hours after which it was confirmed that he had recovered. He has shown no coronavirus symptoms over the past 48 hours.
Permission to release the now-recovered patient from the hospital was approved and he would be discharged tomorrow evening, the official said.
