Gold prices in Pakistan rose on Tuesday, reflecting trends in the international market. In the domestic market, the price of gold per tola increased to Rs354,500, following a gain of Rs1,500.
According to data released by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of 10 grams of gold stood at Rs303,926, registering an increase of Rs1,286 during the day.
On Monday, the gold price per tola had settled at Rs353,000 after a decline of Rs2,500.
Internationally, gold prices surged on Tuesday. The global rate was reported at $3,325 per ounce, including a premium of $20, reflecting an increase of $15, as per APGJSA figures.
Meanwhile, the price of silver remained unchanged at Rs3,841 per tola.
