Amid escalating tensions between Indian and Pakistan following the former’s attacks on the latter, there are rumors that the Pakistan Cricket Board has cancelled the ongoing Pakistan Super League 10th edition (PSL-10), however, these rumors are completely false.
The BCB has confirmed that the all matched of the big sports event will continue as per the schedule and Islamabad United and Quetta Gladiator will be in action tonight in Rawalpindi.
It should be noted that following the Indian attack on different areas in Punjab and Azad Kashmir, Pakistan announced a security high alert in Islamabad and other cities, while in Punjab, schools were closed.
Pakistan also announced air emergency at all airport and cancelled the flights. Amid these measurements rumors emerged about the cancellation of the PSL-10, however later PCB rubbish these rumors as false.
Today’s match is the 26th match of the event, which has 34 matches in total. The final will be played on May 18, 2025.
