The State Bank of Pakistan has issued the list of the winners of the Rs40,000 denomination national prize bond draw held on December 10, 2024, in Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
It was this year’s fourth draw for an Rs40,000 prize bond, shows the central bank data. Many people have invested in lottery bonds in the country to secure investment amid the changing economic situation.
A lucky person holding the bond number 016364 has won the first prize of Rs80,000,000 while people holding bond numbers 442509, 540206, and 885708 won the second prize of Rs30,000,000 each.
Moreover, Rs500,000 each was awarded to 660 prizes. Below is the list:

Meanwhile, the government has also announced winners of the Rs25,000 denomination national prize bond draw held on December 10, 2024, in Quetta, Balochistan, according to the State Bank of Pakistan, as thousands of people check their luck in this lottery scheme.
It was this year’s fourth draw for an Rs25,000 prize bond, shows the central bank data. Many people have invested in lottery bonds.
Two lucky persons holding bond numbers 385325 and 498317 have won the first prize of Rs30,000,000 while people holding bond numbers 053461, 056921, 187297, 249312, and 934808 won the second prize of Rs10,000,000 each.
Moreover, Rs300,000 each was awarded to 700 prizes. Below is the list:

Earlier this year, the federal government imposed a fixed tax of up to 20% on winnings from prize bonds and lotteries. According to media reports, a fixed tax rate of 15% would be applicable on winnings from prize bonds or crossword puzzles.
It has also imposed a 20% tax rate on winnings from raffles, lotteries, and prizes won from quizzes conducted for promotion of sales.
