Indian media has launched a propaganda campaign by falsely claiming that Dr. Zakir Naik met with members of Lashkar-e-Taiba during his visit to Pakistan’s Badshahi Mosque.
It should be noted that the internationally renowned Islamic preacher and scholar, Dr. Zakir Naik, arrived in Pakistan on September 30 at the special invitation of the government. He subsequently delivered speeches at public gatherings in various cities, including Karachi and Lahore.
During his stay in Pakistan, Dr. Zakir Naik also met with high-ranking government officials and attended public events. He is scheduled to remain in Pakistan until October 28. During this time, Indian media has kept a close watch on Dr. Zakir Naik and Pakistan.
According to reputable sources from Aaj News, anti-Muslim Indian media has now started negative propaganda to incite anti-Muslim sentiment, falsely alleging that Dr. Zakir Naik met with members of Lashkar-e-Taiba at Badshahi Mosque. They claimed that Dr. Zakir Naik met with individuals such as Muzammil Iqbal Hashmi, Muhammad Haris Durr, and Faisal Nadeem.
To fuel their negative propaganda, the Indian media also shared a fake video, alleging that Dr. Zakir Naik was seen embracing Muzammil Iqbal Hashmi and other members of Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) during their meeting at Badshahi Mosque in Lahore.
