RAWALPINDI: Director General Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Major General Asif Ghafoor has urged to stay kind with the strays.
General Asif Ghafoor from his personal account tweeted, “Winters brought a lot of miseries for strays.”
Winters bring lot of miseries for strays. Many seen struggling to survive individually as well as in groups. Their desperate attention seeking isn’t without a reason. Be kind to them. They deserve some of your charity.#CareForStrays#LoveAnimals
