Netflix’s reality television series ‘Indian Matchmaking’ contestant Pradhyuman Maloo has been accused of domestic violence by his wife Ashima Chauhaan.
Pradhyuman Maloo, who was one of Sima Taparia’s clients in the Netflix show ‘Indian Matchmaking’ has been accused of physical and emotional abuse by Ashima Chauhaan, his wife.Both had a grand wedding in Udaipur 2022 in 2022.
According to a recent statement, an FIR has been registered by the Mumbai Police against Pradhyuman and his family, alleging domestic violence against Ashima.
As per the FIR filed:
- Ashima left her home in September 2022 and she had to endure physical and emotional abuse by her husband and family.
- Her family was also allegedly subjected to blackmail and other forms of harassment.
- The matter is in the investigative stage and should be carried in full swing.
- Ashima is in the process of taking appropriate legal proceedings against the accused in accordance with the law.
- Ashima lives in Bangalore and is in no condition to comment on the matter.
- Meanwhile, Pradhyuman said, “I don’t know about it. To the best of my knowledge, we are in settlement talks with the lawyers to resolve our marital issues amicably.”
