The month of April is here and so are the titles of movies and shows on Netflix.
From the debut of the new original series ‘Florida Man’, to the finale season of ‘Firefly Lane’. here is a list of the full lineup of Netflix’s April additions:
Obsession
The story revolves around a respected London surgeon’s affair with his son’s fiancée that turns into an erotic infatuation that threatens to change their lives forever. The series will stream on April 13.
Sweet Tooth (season 2)
The highly-anticipated second season of Sweet Tooth is scheduled to land on Netflix on April 27.
Based on the DC comic of the same name, the story centers around a young boy named Gus, who’s half-human and half-deer.
Season 2 consists of another eight episodes that are about an hour each.
The Diplomat
Keri Russell is set to make her Netflix debut in an upcoming series titled The Diplomat.
The complete eight-episode first season will arrive on Netflix on April 20, 2023.
It is a political drama from the brilliant mind of Debora Cahn.
Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story
Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story is an upcoming historical drama limited series created by Shonda Rhimes for Netflix.
The series is a prequel spin-off of the Netflix series Bridgerton and will focus on young Queen Charlotte’s rise to prominence and power.
The series will premiere on May 4, 2023, and consists of six episodes.
Firefly Lane (season 2)
Netflix’s Firefly Lane, an adaptation of the book of the same name by Kristin Hannah will release its season finale on Netflix.
The second and final season has been split into two parts, with part one which dropped on the streamer on December 2 and the final six episodes of Season 2 will debut on April 27.
Tooth Pari: When Love Bites
It’s a series about a rebellious vampire with a broken tooth falls for a shy dentist on the streets of Kolkata. The series will premiere on Netflix on April 20.
Florida Man
Florida Man is about a disgraced cop who is in debt and forced to return to his home state of Florida for a shady mission only to get swept up in a wild and deadly – treasure hunt. The series will premiere on Netflix on April 13.
The Nurse
A new nurse at a hospital begins to suspect her colleague’s desire for attention may be tied to a series of patient deaths. Based on a true story, the upcoming series will launch globally on Netflix this month on April 27, 2023.
One More Time
On her 40th birthday, Amelia makes a fateful wish to be 18 again back in 2002 but soon regrets it when she’s stuck reliving the day over and over again. The movie premieres on Netflix on April 21, 2023.
Phenomena
Three middle-aged women who investigate paranormal events are put to the test when their leader Father Pilón disappears. Inspired by the real Hepta Group. It will premiere on Netflix on April 14, 2023.
Chokehold
Evading a scandal, a couple from Istanbul starts over in a town on the Aegean coast – but quickly discovers the locals are determined to get rid of them. The movie premieres on Netflix on April 21, 2023.
AKA
A steely special ops agent finds his morality put to the test when he infiltrates a crime syndicate and unexpectedly bonds with the boss’s young son. The movie premieres on Netflix on April 28, 2023.
