Shadab Khan has become the leading wicket-taker for Pakistan in Men T20 Internationals and the first Pakistan bowler to take 100 wickets in the shortest format.

In the women’s game, Nida Dar has also achieved the same feat for Pakistan and is the only Pakistani on the list of top wicket-takers.

The all-rounder dismissed Ibrahim Zadran in the third T20I against Afghanistan to pick up his 99th scalp in T20Is, hence surpassing Shahid Afridi’s tally of 98 wickets.

Shadab then returned in the 12th over to remove Usman Ghani and complete his tally of 100 wickets.

Shadab finished with three wickets in his four-over spell, while only conceding 13 runs.

Shadab achieved the feat in just 83 innings, whereas Afridi took 97 innings to take 98 wickets.

Saeed Ajmal and Umar Gul are next in line with 85 wickets, whereas Haris Rauf is the next active cricketer on the list with 72 wickets.
