Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) marketing companies have once again increased the price by Rs 15 per kg without considering Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority’s orders.
After the price hike, the domestic cylinder has become expensive by Rs 177 and the commercial cylinder by Rs 681.
The price of LPG has gone up to Rs 340 to Rs 360 per kg across the country, while the price has gone up to Rs 400 per kg in hilly areas.

According to Chairman LPG Industry Association Irfan Khokhar, according to the reduction in the price in the world market, the price in Pakistan should have been reduced by 50 rupees.
Irfan Khokhar further said that immediate steps should be taken to control the prices. Ogra has fixed the price of LPG at Rs 264 per kg for February.
