Sindh High Court issues arrest warrant of K-Electric CEO

KARACHI: The Sindh High Court has issued a bailable arrest warrant for the CEO of K-Electric, the company that provides electricity to the Sindh capital.

According to the details, the case against K-Electric was heard in the Sindh High Court during which there was load shedding in the High Court during which the parties of various cases had to face difficulties. 

The Sindh High Court ordered Additional IG Javed Alam Odho to execute the arrest warrant within one hour. Police should produce CEO K-Electric before the court in 1 hour.

The hearing of various cases in the Sindh High Court was held in the dark, on which the honorable court expressed indignation.

It should be noted that earlier the police informed the Sindh High Court about the lack of progress in the recovery of the missing persons, on which the Sindh High Court expressed indignation.

During the hearing of the petitions related to the recovery of 10 missing persons in the High Court, 10 days ago, the High Court of Sindh expressed its indignation at the lack of progress and ordered the law enforcement agencies to speed up the measures.
