LAHORE: The court has granted permanent immunity to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif from appearing in the money laundering reference case. Permission was granted to appoint a representative to appear for the hearing.
According to the details, the hearing of the money laundering reference against Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif was held in the Accountability Court Lahore. Judge Qamar-ul-Zaman of the court heard the application in money laundering reference.
The Accountability Court Judge approved the request for permanent immunity from attendance filed by PM Shehbaz Sharif. The court also allowed the prime minister to appoint a representative to appear in the court.
On the other hand, former Chief Minister Hamza Shehbaz has also filed a request for permanent exemption from attendance, on which the court accepted Hamza Shehbaz’s request to the extent of a one-day attendance exemption while seeking a response from the National Accountability Bureau (NAB).

It should be noted that earlier the prime minister termed the real-time dashboard for the relief of flood victims as a joke and said that Ahsan Iqbal and Aminul Haque have tried their best but this dashboard is not of the quality it should be. was
On the occasion of the inauguration ceremony of the dashboard for real-time monitoring of flood victims’ aid in Islamabad, the prime minister said, “If there is no real-time information in it, then what is the use? I will not inaugurate it.”
