A statement issued by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) spokesperson Ahmad Jawad stated that all the temples that had been foreclosed or needed renovations due to being vintage structures would be soon reopened.

He said that It was opening once again due the longstanding demand of the minority Hindus that their places of worship be restored to them.
The process will begin with two temples in the city of Sialkot and Peshawar. With the government confirming that hindus from all over the world would be allowed to visit these temples once the restoration process has been completed.
Functional temples in Sindh include Sadhu Bela Sukkur, Guru Grapt temple Hyderabad, Sant Baba Bhagat Ram Darbar/temple Dadu, Jhoolay Laal temple Karachi, Bhai Sant Thawan Das temple Mehar Dadu and tehsil Nathan Shah temple Radhan tan Mehar Dadu.
Earlier on Saturday the Supreme Court of India ruled the verdict in the Babri Mosque case that Hindus would get Ayodhya land and Muslims will be allotted an alternate piece of land.
The verdict on the long-running the Babri Mosque dispute was announced by a five-member bench of the Indian Supreme court headed by Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi.
The historic mosque was destroyed by the Hindu extremists in 1992 triggering massive riots in India.
