LONDON: Prime Minister Boris Johnson has decided to step down as prime minister following the resignations of 57 members and continued political pressure.
According to international media reports, senior Conservative leader Tom Tugendhat has announced that he will run for prime minister. He recently said in a statement that after serving in the army and parliament, he would now serve as prime minister.
It should be noted that Boris Johnson also resigned from the leadership of the Conservative Party after resigning from the post of Prime Minister, however, he will fulfill his responsibilities until the election of a new leader.

It is to be noted that at first the British Prime Minister tried to face the situation and refused to resign. Later, seeing that the situation was against him, Boris Johnson announced his resignation while he also resigned from the party post.
Boris Johnson’s scandal came to light when he appointed Chris Puncher as a party member. Chris had serious allegations of sexual harassment.
According to the International News Agency, 59 members of the Assembly of British Prime Minister Boris Johnson have resigned. Boris Johnson has resigned as the Leader of the Conservative Party.
