LAHORE: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Chief Minister Hamza Shehbaz appeared in the court in connection with the hearing of the money laundering case.
According to details, a money laundering case against the prime minister and the Chief Minister Punjab is being heard in the Special Court Central, Lahore, in which both the personalities appeared before the court. Strict security arrangements have been made on the arrival of the prime minister and ordinary sailors have been evicted from the court premises.
Hamza Shehbaz also appeared in court in connection with the hearing of the case. His lawyer Amjad Pervez is giving arguments for confirmation of interim bail.

It should be noted that on November 11, 2020, the accountability court had indicted Shehbaz Sharif and his son Hamza Shehbaz Sharif in a money laundering reference. All the accused in the case had pleaded not guilty while Shehbaz Sharif denied the NAB’s allegations and said that they were being targeted politically.
