ISLAMABAD: At least 1,127,584 people have been infected with coronavirus in Pakistan while 25,003 people have died of the virus.
According to figures released by the National Command and Operations Center (NCOC), 3,772 new cases of the coronavirus were reported across the country in the last 24 hours, while 80 more civilians died of the virus.
During the last 24 hours, 53,881 tests were conducted for the diagnosis of coronavirus, bringing the total number of tests to 1,72,766,450. The worst affected provinces were Punjab and Sindh. In Punjab, 380,844 cases and 11,557 deaths were reported, while in Sindh, 420,955 people were affected and 6,612 died from the corona.
In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 157,148 people were affected and 4,797 died from coronavirus, while 31,845 cases and 335 deaths were reported in Balochistan. In Islamabad, 96,390 people were affected by coronavirus while 852 died.

In Gilgit-Baltistan, 9,656 people were affected by corona and 170 died. In Azad Jammu and Kashmir, 30,746 cases and 680 deaths were reported. Across the country, the death rate from corona was 2.2 percent.
In the last 24 hours, 3,107 cases of the virus have infected coronavirus across the country, bringing the number of healthy people to 1,012,662 and the number of active cases to 89,919.
