Police have arrested a government school teacher on charges of filming and blackmailing female students with explicit videos in Mansehra district, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Authorities recovered 91 objectionable videos, totaling 32GB of data, from the suspect’s mobile phone. Investigations revealed that the teacher had been secretly recording inappropriate footage of female students and using it as leverage to blackmail them.
The case surfaced when the family of one of the victims received an explicit video on their mobile phone. After verifying the video’s authenticity with their daughter, they reported the matter to the police, leading to the registration of a case and the launch of an investigation.
The complaint, filed at Lassan Nawab police station, stated that the victim’s brother received the video via Facebook Messenger. “Upon opening the clip, we discovered it was an extremely inappropriate video of my sister,” the complainant reported.

Mansehra District Police Officer (DPO) Shafiullah Gandapur confirmed the arrest and announced the formation of a special investigation committee to further probe the case.
During police questioning, the victim disclosed that the teacher had been coercing female students into making explicit videos for the past two years. “He has similarly blackmailed several of my classmates, threatening to share the videos with our families and on social media,” she revealed.
