ISLAMABAD: The number of coronavirus cases continues to rise in Pakistan, with the outbreak of measles affecting 75 more Pakistanis.
According to data released by the National Institutes of Health Pakistan on Friday morning, 75 more cases of coronavirus were recorded in Pakistan in the last 24 hours, but no deaths were reported, leaving 30371 dead. However, after adding 75 new cases, the number of victims has risen to 1528142.
During the last 24 hours, 17918 tests were conducted across Pakistan while the percentage of positive cases was zero point 42 percent. The number of patients in critical care was 138.

It should be noted that so far 519 million people have been affected by coronavirus worldwide and more than 6249 thousand people have died. In more than 200 countries and territories, a total of 519,928,091 people were infected with coronavirus, while 6,249,494 people lost their lives to the virus.
The condition of 42,239 people infected with the virus is critical, while the number of active cases of corona worldwide has risen to 44,85,783. 44,43,544 patients with the virus are experiencing minor complications.
Around the world, 464,192,814 people recovered from Corona. The highest number of 82,789,716 people were infected in the United States, while 43,065,666 people were infected in India.
