LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has said that over thirty-five million deserving people of Punjab will benefit from Ramadan Negahban Package.
Speaking at a news conference today in Lahore, she announced that everyone will receive their Ramadan packages at their doorstep rather than having to wait in line during the fasting days.
Earlier, CM Maryam instructed relevant authorities to guarantee a high standard of quality items in the Ramadan package.
She received a briefing on the transparent and foolproof system established for distributing the Ramadan package among beneficiaries. CM Maryam Nawaz emphasized her commitment to serving people based on merit and transparency.
She pledged to provide the Ramadan Relief Package to individuals who did not vote for the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) in the February 8 general elections.
She instructed authorities to ensure the quality of items included in the Ramadan Package for the underprivileged and deserving sections of society. Additionally, she directed district authorities to conduct random inspections of the packages being prepared.
