RAWALPINDI: At least two terrorists were killed in an exchange of fire with security forces in North Waziristan.

According to the media wing of armed forces, the incident took place between terrorists and security forces in general area Esham, North Waziristan Pakistan.
The intense encounter continued for hours during which two terrorists were killed. The ISPR said weapons and ammunition were also recovered from the killed terrorists.
The ISPR said that those killed had been actively involved in attacks on security forces.

The ISPR further says “the incident re-vindicates Pak Army’s resolve to have zero tolerance for terrorism and reaffirms its determination to take on all entities that resort to violence. “
