A total of 107 Pakistanis were deported from 12 countries, including the USA, Belgium, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. Among them, 14 deportees were arrested in Karachi on charges of drug trafficking, counterfeit currency distribution, and other offenses, while the remaining individuals were allowed to return to their homes.
Citing immigration sources, Geo News reporter Afzal Nadeem Dogar reported that, over the past 24 hours, deportations included two individuals from Belgium, one from the USA, three from Oman, four from Saudi Arabia, 13 from the UAE, 12 from Iraq, two from Qatar, and one each from Cambodia, Malaysia, and Bahrain. Additionally, two individuals were deported from Cyprus.
Sources also reported that 64 Pakistanis were deported yesterday from various countries. These included 4 from Saudi Arabia, 10 from Oman, 1 each from Qatar, the USA, and Senegal.
Notably, 47 Pakistanis were deported from Dubai for various violations and categories of offenses. Among these, 11 individuals faced charges of drug smuggling and were sent back to Pakistan after serving prison sentences. Additionally, 2 individuals were deported on charges of circulating counterfeit currency in Dubai.
