SARGODHA: A working woman’s condition has deteriorated after being set on fire in Punjab city.
A statement issued by the victim to the police said that she was working as a laborer in Mangal Bazaar of Sargodha where the influential people forcibly take money for setting up stalls in the market.
The woman said that the accused used to threaten her and mock her. According to the police, two accused have been arrested for setting the woman shopkeeper on fire.
The body of a 45-year-old named Noorin Bibi has been burnt more than 65 percent. The woman has been shifted to Jinnah Hospital Lahore in critical condition.
The condition of the burnt working woman in the hospital is critical. The woman said in her statement to the police that the accused had sprayed petrol on her and set her on fire.
