Yes, George Clooney and Brad Pitt’s film ‘Wolfs’ will be released online soon after its limited theatrical release on September 20.
As per details, the theatrical release of the film will followed by an OTT release on Apple TV+ on September 27, 2024.
Apple has confirmed that Wolfs will head straight to streaming in all markets outside the U.S. on September 27, 2024. Initially, the film was scheduled for a limited theatrical release in the UK and Ireland, as indicated in the Film Distributors’ Association (FDA) release schedule published on August 7. However, it has now been removed from that list and will go directly to Apple TV+ in international territories.
This change follows earlier announcements that Wolfs would skip theatrical releases in France, where regulations do not permit one-week-only theatrical runs. In the U.S., the film will be screened in a limited number of cinemas for one week before transitioning to the streaming platform.
The film, directed by Jon Watts and produced by Clooney’s Smokehouse Pictures and Pitt’s Plan B Entertainment, features the two stars as professional fixers who are forced to collaborate on a high-profile crime.
