The rumours of actress Mahira Khan getting married in September first surfaced in August. However, the speculations turned into reality yesterday when social media saw a glimpse of Khan marrying her longtime beau Salim Karim.
Khan, who shot to fame with the drama serial Humsafar opposite Fawad Khan and then made her Bollywood debut with Raees opposite Shah Rukh Khan, is according to the details, married Kalim in a daylight wedding donning an elegant dress.

Who is Salim Karim?
Salim Karim is an accomplished professional as the CEO of the Pakistani startup Simpaisa, a Karachi-based network carrier billing company, which lets people make payments directed from the sim. The company reportedly facilitates merchants from different sectors in over 15 countries. Apart from this, Salim is also said to be a DJ.
How long the two have been together?
The two have been seeing each other for quite some time. At the beginning of 2017, Mahira attended the launch of a television application ‘Tapmad TV’ with him. Moreover, the actress had earlier shared photos with Salim from a friend’s wedding on her Instagram account. The two were reportedly seen dancing at a party and indulging in public displays of affection as well.

The actress, who marked her debut in Bollywood with “Raees” alongside Shah Rukh Khan, was previously married to Ali Askari. They tied the knot in 2007 and have a son (Azlaan) together. Azlaan was born in 2014 and they got divorced in 2015.
