Australian social worker and wife of former cricketer Wasim Akram, Shaniera Akram has hoped that how incredible it would be for Pakistan to be recognised as the best on a world platform such as the T20 World Cup 2021.
Mrs. Wasim Akram took to Twitter and wrote that she knows there are 200 odd million Pakistanis in the world who would agree.

Even West Indies legend Brian Lara has also predicted that Pakistan will win against Australia today in T20 World Cup’s semi-final. In his message on Twitter, the former West Indies star and batsman Brian Lara predicted Pakistan’s victory in the semi-finals, saying that Pakistanis are so capable in batting and bowling that they can reach the final.

While praising the Australian team, Brian Lara wrote that the Australian team is a dangerous team with a strong line-up that can beat anyone. “My prediction is that Pakistan will beat Australia and make it to the final,” he wrote.

Pakistan will play against Australia today and the match will begin at 7pm PST at the Dubai International Stadium. All-rounder Shoaib Malik and Mohammed Rizwan have reportedly caught the flu and they did not take part in yesterday’s practice session. Sources said Sarfaraz Ahmed and Haider Ali might replace the in-form batters.
