In a heartfelt letter to fans, Hwang Dong-hyuk confirmed that Season 3 would be the series’ final chapter. “I am beyond excited to announce the final season of Squid Game,” he wrote. “The fierce clash between Gi-hun and Front Man’s two worlds will continue in the grand finale with Season 3, which will be brought to you next year.”
