This is not a hacker. First of all, it should not be misrepresented that the hackers have leaked the audio as it is not the work of a hacker. The hackers do not share their hacked content with selected and specific journalists. The details of Imran Khan’s audio leaks were already known to some journalists.
Ansar Abbasi had given the news and text of Imran Khan’s audio leaks three months ago. Today, when Cipher leak part two came, Hamid Mir clearly said on his channel that the third part will also come.
He also pointed to his text and told that then it will be known that Shah Mehmood Qureshi remained silent, but Asad Umar tried his best to explain Khan Sahib.
The question is, how do these anchors know that the third part will also come? From Hamid Mir Sahib’s statement, it was clear that he had already heard the third part. If so, who is it that told them all this? No secret hacker can do such a stupid thing.
Why should he play his exclusive audio to anyone and risk his identity too? This is obviously the work of those who have authority and power and they tap such things.
Who is responsible?
Leaks are basically a violation of the Official Secrets Act. Whoever taped the call, broke the rules. It also proved that the departments and people whose job it was to secure the Prime Minister’s House, failed miserably. Such critical places are checked and cleared every day. Therefore, if nothing else happens, action should be taken against those officials whose responsibility was to clear the Prime Minister’s House.
Imagine if the audios of the Prime Minister House, where the most important meetings are held, reach the intelligence agencies of India, Israel, America or other countries, what will happen to our classified secrets and internal affairs?
The hacker thing is also wrong because a hacker hacks the content that someone has secretly stored somewhere. There should not be any recording devices in the Prime Minister’s House, this material should not have been prepared in any way. So the real question is who made these recordings and why is he leaking them?
Role of principal secretary
The most negative and objectionable character was seen in both the audio leaks of Shehbaz Sharif and Dr. Tauqeer Shah etc was of principal secretary.
In Cipher Part One and Two, it is clearly revealed that Principal Secretary Azam Khan is actually playing the role of a political activist and political assistant of Imran Khan or Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf. He is trying to be more loyal to Shah.
More or less this is the role of Dr. Tauqeer Shah. He has been with All Sharif for a long time, first, he was with Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif in Punjab for different periods, and now he has come to the center with the Prime Minister. Fingers were pointed at Dr. Tauqeer Shah in the Model Town tragedy.
Dr. Tauqeer Shah should have given a clear answer to Maryam Nawaz on his own. It is not the job of the Principal Secretary to approve the grid station for the housing society of Maryam Nawaz’s son-in-law, there was absolutely no need for him to do so to give the number.
In the same way, the main reason for not doing irregular work is that Tauqeer Shah is stating that since it will come in the cabinet, there will be a noise. That is, if there was no matter coming to the Cabinet or ECC, then the work would have been done despite the irregularity.
In Cipher Part One, Azam Khan is boldly saying that it is in my hands to make the minutes, I will make the minutes of my choice that will be given the desired direction that Imran Khan wants. Is this the job of the Principal Secretary?
Azam Khan is a civil servant, a senior bureaucrat. The bureaucrats get very reasonable remuneration and other facilities from the government, they also get pensions from the government, they should have adopted a professional attitude as civil servants.
Contradictions of political leaders
Another important thing that is being seen is the ambivalence of our politicians and leaders. In the conversation between Shehbaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz Sharif, the contradictions of Maryam Nawaz are clearly visible.
She used to give speeches against increasing the price of petrol in the meetings, she used to give tweets and statements too and she is advising Shahbaz Sharif to increase the price of petrol. What could be more contradictory and ambivalent than this?
Shehbaz Sharif also appeared depressed regarding Maryam Nawaz in the conversation with Tauqeer Shah, none of them had the courage to forbid Maryam Nawaz Sharif on an obviously wrong request.
In the end, Tauqeer Shah found a way to put this responsibility on Ishaq Dar, who had already handled a similar case cleverly. This is showing the weakness of rulers and the strength of unelected characters like Maryam Nawaz.
From these audios of Imran Khan, it became clear that he wanted to play with the cipher issue. His supporters are arguing that he is a cricketer and therefore uses the term playing.
On Asad Umar’s objection, he clearly replied that he understood very well that the Pakistani ambassador did not send this special letter, in fact, he sent the notes or transcription of his meeting with the American diplomat by writing in this code what the question was in the meeting.
Khan Sahib deliberately named the transcript of the meeting, a letter as it is easy to play with the word letter in public.
It is very clear that Khan Sahib is not angry in the audio of these two leaks. If they think it’s a foreign conspiracy, and America is subverting their government, then they should be angry with America.
He had an idea that the cipher came on March 8 or 8, while this point was in his mind that by chance the American diplomat met on March 7. Imran Khan made a point from this that on the next day of this meeting, the motion of no confidence came.
This point is also clear that Khan Sahib was well aware of the Special Secret Act, repeatedly saying that the name of America should not be mentioned. He himself was careful in the beginning, not to leak anything at the March 27 meeting that would violate the Special Secrets Act.
After these leaks, Imran Khan took the stand that it was good that the Shahbaz government leaked it and thus the arrival of the cipher was confirmed. It is strange to say this because the cipher is confirmed, but the opposition parties have objections and reservations about the American conspiracy behind the motion of no confidence.
If the cipher was not confirmed, then why was the government raised the issue with the US government after the meeting of the National Security Committee?
Whoever is doing these leaks will have their own agenda, but we must understand that things are not what they seem from a distance. Therefore, all this should be seen and thought of with a cold heart and mind.
