Though the weather in Karachi is cloudy, there is no chance of rain this week, while the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast hot and humid weather in the city for the next 24 hours.
According to the Met Office, the sea breeze blows at 18 kilometers per hour, and humidity levels are at 58%. The temperature in the city is expected to remain between 35°C and 36°C.
The PMD has forecast that the metropolis will remain partly cloudy, with rain predicted for next week. In the last 24 hours, the minimum temperature was recorded at 31°C. The first night of July was recorded as the hottest night of July since 2021.
The PMD has also forecast that normal temperatures in July will remain around 27.9°C.
It is noteworthy that pre-monsoon rains have begun in parts of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provinces, while some parts of Sindh are likely to receive rain today or tomorrow.
