According to some reports, Virat Kohli was facing fast bowling in the nets when a fast delivery struck his knee, prompting him to stop practicing immediately. The Indian team’s physio staff quickly examined Kohli, applied spray, and bandaged the affected area.
Despite the injury, Kohli remained on the ground and continued to observe the rest of the training session while informing his teammates and coaching staff about his fitness. Later, the Indian coaching staff clarified that Kohli’s injury is not serious and that he will be fully fit to play in the final.
