KABUL: A Taliban attack in Afghanistan has killed three soldiers and injured six others.
According to a foreign news agency, a check post was attacked by the Taliban in the Afghan province of Nimruz. The injured were rushed to a nearby hospital.
Immediately after the attack, a large number of security forces reached the spot and cordoned off the area, and launched a search operation. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the attack.
Two days ago, eight people were killed and 34 wounded in rocket attacks in the Afghan capital, Kabul.

According to Afghan media, the rocket attacks targeted Kabul’s Chehel Sotoun and other areas. Before the rocket attacks in Kabul, two explosions took place at different places, in which one policeman was killed and three others were injured.
Attacks in Afghanistan were condemned by Pakistan, Turkey, and the United States. A few days ago, 12 policemen were killed in a Taliban attack in Afghanistan’s Badakhshan Province. The Taliban attacked in Jorum district of Badakhshan.
