KARACHI: The Sindh government will likely implement a micro-smart lockdown due to the rise in cases of coronavirus.
In this regard, SOPs will be strictly enforced in the micro-smart lockdown on the increase in coronavirus cases. The Sindh government’s health department said that police will be deployed in areas with the micro-smart lockdown.
Responsible sources in the Sindh Health Department said that the police would be deployed in consultation with the concerned district health officers.
The sources of the health department that the Karachi police chief, district administration, and district police chiefs have also been duly informed in this regard.
The total number of people affected by the coronavirus in Pakistan has reached 312,263 and 6,479 people have lost their lives.
