Karachi: The Sindh government has decided to establish special police stations to deal with the profiteering.
The decision was taken in a meeting held on Tuesday in Karachi regarding the regulation of essential commodity prices.
The meeting was chaired by Special Assistants to the Chief Minister, Waqar Mehdi and Usman Hingoro.
Waqar Mehdi stated that all warehouses will be registered before Ramadan to ensure price stability.
According to Usman Hingoro, the newly established police stations will include personnel from the Bureau of Supply and the police force to take action against profiteers.
