Khalistan movement’s prominent leader, Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, has issued a fiery statement warning that if India dares to attack Pakistan, it would mark the last war for Prime Minister Narendra Modi and India itself.
He claimed that Indian Punjab will stand firmly with Pakistan like a backbone, and the resulting conflict will pave the way for freedom from Indian control and the creation of a new state — Khalistan.
Pannun urged the United Nations to officially support Pakistan in initiating a referendum for Khalistan, so the global community can recognize the Sikh nation’s desire for independence. He declared that in the event of war, community kitchens (langars) would be set up for the Pakistan Army in Indian Punjab, and they would directly confront the Indian military.
He also revealed that wall chalkings have begun in the cantonment areas of Indian Punjab, carrying messages such as “Sikhs should not fight against Pakistan.” According to Pannun, the Sikh community refuses to be part of India’s aggression and instead will stand against injustice.
He further stated that freedom movements within India are gaining momentum due to the Modi government’s oppressive policies, which he said have set the entire country on fire.
“The time for Khalistan’s formation is near,” Pannun asserted, “and if India attacks Pakistan, it will mark the beginning of India’s disintegration.”
