LAHORE: PML-N President Shahbaz Sharif will meet Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami Senator Sirajul Haq today during which the no-confidence motion will be discussed.
According to details, the opposition has filed a no-confidence motion against the Prime Minister, on which a series of meetings were intensified to complete the consultation and number game. The meeting between Shahbaz Sharif and Sirajul Haq is also part of this mission
Earlier, an internal story of Amir Jamaat-e-Islami’s meeting with PML-Q chief came to light, according to which Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain asked Senator Sirajul Haq who he would vote for in the no-confidence motion.
Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami Senator Sirajul Haq said that we are following the policy of wait and see. The no-confidence motion will be decided in consultation. PML-N president Shahbaz Sharif also wants to join Jamaat-e-Islami on the no-confidence motion.

Earlier, Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) leader Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain called on Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman at his residence in Islamabad.
Both the leaders discussed the prevailing political situation of the country and agreed to hold consultations on the no-confidence motion, said a statement issued by the JUI-F.
Federal Minister for Housing Tariq Bashir Cheema and PML-Q leader Chaudhry Salik Hussian were also present in the meeting. JUI-F leaders Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haideri, Asad Mahmood and Maulana Salahudding were also present.
